 In Events, General, PPH Blog

Paws For Purple Hearts will be opening two new training sites to facilitate Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other disabilities, in San Antonio, Texas and San Diego, California.  PPH hopes to have these sites up and running before end of summer 2016.  Our current sites are located in Virginia, Alaska and Menlo Park, California.

I am a past donor and potential future donor. Have these new facilities opened? Can you tell me the specific address of the San Diego sight?

I don’t know how you can do all that training and the cost of dogs without getting donations from all over the country. like you say in the letter I received, other organizations charge $25,000.00 for one dog. Your dogs are free. Do you have any training facilities here in Minnesota?
I was a USAF K9 handler in Bitburg, Germany 1960-1964 and our squad is still in touch having a reunion every other year.
Thank you for what you do!
